Philippines is missing in 2013 and 2014 Jones Cup Championship.
Now the strengthen SMART GILAS 3.0 is now competing against 7 country in the 37th William Jones Cup 2015 held in Taiwan from 29 August until 6 September 2015.
Here are the 8 participating federations:

Remember that 2012 is the 4th gold or champions of Philippines in William Jones Cup. Philippines championed or gold in 1981, 1985, 1998, 2012 and bronze in 2005, 2007, 2011.

Will SMART GILAS PILIPINAS rank and regain the championship for this year 2015? Will Coach Tab Baldwin become effective and become notable in handling GILAS until 2019. Will the new roster of GILAS work together and have a good finish?

Expert Review after Jones Cup 2015 Tournament

The Filipinos move up one spot owing to their inspired play in the Jones Cup, where they won six of eight games and finished second overall. And they did that WITHOUT Andray Blatche and Jordan Clarkson, who is still seeking a release from his NBA club to join the Philippine national team.
