Typhoon "NINA"
At 7:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon "NINA" was located based on all available data including Tagaytay, Subic doppler radar at 60 km South of Tayabas, Quezon (13.5 °N, 121.7 °E)"NINA" sustained winds of 140 kph with up to 230 kph gustiness moving West Northwest at 20 kph.
