Synopsis: At 3:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon "PAOLO" was located based on all available data at 765 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar or 745 km East Northeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (10.7N, 132.7E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 145 km/h. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 17 km/h. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 260 km West Northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan (10.5N, 116.5E).
