Synopsis: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA)was estimated based on all available data at 340 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar(10.6N, 128.8E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.Weather Condition caused by LPA at the following areas: Regions of Bicol, Eastern and Central Visayas, Caraga, and the provinces of Quezon, Romblon, Marinduque, Aklan and Capiz will experience a cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms. Impacts - Possible flashfloods and landslide.Possible lightning, strong winds and scattered light to moderate with at times heavy rains.
