SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.Tail-End of a Cold front affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.

Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms will be experienced at CALABARZON, Bicol Region and the provinces of Samar, Mindoro, Aurora, Romblon, and Marinduque due to Tail-End of a Cold Front. While Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains in Metro Manila and the regions of Cordillera, Ilocos, Cagayan Valley and the rest of Central Luzon due to Northeast Monsoon.

While experience Cloudy skies with light rains at Cagayan Valley Region, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains at Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and rest of Central Luzon due to Northeast Monsoon.
