SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoonaffecting Northern and Central Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao. Easterlies affecting the Eastern section of Southern Luzon and of Visayas.

ITCZ will affect the Mindanao and will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Easterlies will produce Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in places of Bicol region, Eastern Visayas, and Quezon.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be experienced on Metro Manila, Ilocos region, Cordillera Administrative region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon due to "Amihan" or Northeast Monsoon. Source:
