Issued at: 04:00 AM TODAY, 10 December 2017 : STRONG TO GALE FORCE WINDS IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
Expect Cloudy skies with light rains and a rough to very rough sea condition, wind force of 52-63 kph/28-34 knots and wave height of 2.8 to 4.5 meters in the NORTHERN and EASTERN SEABOARDS OF NORTHERN LUZON and EASTERN SEABOARD OF CENTRAL LUZON (Batanes, Babuyan, Cagayan, Northern coast of Ilocos Norte, Isabela and Aurora).
Mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms with a Rough to very rough sea condition, wind force of 52-63 kph/28-34 knots and wave height of 2.8 to 4.5 meters in the EASTERN SEABOARD OF SOUTHERN LUZON
(Catanduanes, Northern Quezon including Polillo Island and northern and eastern seaboards of Camarines provinces).
