As per PAG-ASA weather forecast synopsis update - Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.

As of today, 11 December 2017 - there is no Tropical Cyclone within Philippine Area of Responsibility. 
Tail-End of a Cold Front will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and Isolated thunderstorms in places of Bicol region and the provinces of Quezon, Mindoro, Marinduque and Romblon.

ITCZ will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and Isolated thunderstorms in places of Visayas and Mindanao.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative region and Aurora province dill have Cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon. 

Metro Manila, Ilocos region, the rest of Central Luzon and the rest of CALABARZON will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Rest of the country will have Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with  isolated rainshowers especially over the eastern section due to Localized thunderstorms.
