Special Weather Outlook on the Feast of Black Nazarene.

According to PAGASA's website, good weather condition will prevail in the morning with passing showers in the afternoon or evening over the city of Manila and the rest of National Capital Region (NCR). The forecast range of temperature will be from 23-31°C. Light winds coming from the northeast is expected and waters in Manila Bay will be slight.

Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the eastern sectionof Visayas and of Mindanao.

Easterlies will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, Lanao del Sur, North Cotabato, Leyte Provinces, Cebu, Bohol and Siquijor.

Tail-End of a Cold Front will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Cagayan and Isabela.

Cordillera Administrative Region and the rest of Cagayan Valley will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains will be experience in Ilocos Region due to Northeast Monsoon also.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, of Visayas and of Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.

Philippine Weather Forecast: Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern & Central Luzon. Easterlies affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon, of Visayas & of Mindanao.

Easterlies will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in places of Aurora, Quezon, Bicol Region, Caraga, Davao region, and SOCCSKSARGEN and has significant impact of possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderatewith at times heavy rains.

NCR: Weather Situation:Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds coming from the northeast to southeast will prevail and becoming northwest over Zambales. The coastal waters will be slight to moderate. 


Northern Luzon: Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon. Ilocos Region and rest of Central Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains still due to Northeast Monsoon.

Southern Luzon:  Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms is expected over Bicol Region. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will prevail over Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Northern Samar. Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Northeast will prevail with slight to moderate seas.

Visayas: Visayas, Palawan and Occidental Mindoro will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds from East to Northeast will prevail, with slight to moderate seas.

Mindanao: Ang mga rehiyon sa Caraga, SOCCSKSARGEN ug Davao makasinati sa madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa katag-katag nga pag-ulan, kilat ug pagpanalugdog tungod sa Easterlies. Samtang ang ubang dapit sa Mindanao makasinati sa panalagsang pagdag-um ngadto sa madag-umon nga kalangitan inubanan sa pat-ak pat-ak nga pag-ulan, kilat ug pagpanalugdog tungod sa localized thunderstorms. Adunay hinay ngadto sa kasarangan ang hangin nga magagikan sa Silangan ngadto sa Amihanang Silangang direksyon ug hapsay ngadto na sa kasarangan ang balud sa kadagatan.
