Northeast Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the rest of the country issued 4:00 AM today, Monday 22 January 2018. (PST)

Easterlies will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, and Davao Region. Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains.

Northeast Monsoon will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rains in Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands but has no significant impacts.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm. Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains.
