PAGASA Weather Update for today, 24 January 2018.

Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the rest of the country issued at 4:00 AM today, 24 January 2018.

Easterlies will be affecting Caraga, Northern Mindanao, Davao Region, andthe provinces of Eastern Samar, Southern Leyte and Bohol and will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers 
and thunderstorms.

Northeast Monsoon will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rains in Cloudy skies with scattered rains.

Northeast Monsoon will also bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains in Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and rest of Cagayan Valley Region.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country may experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with
