Weather Situation:Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from southwest to west will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
