PNP 2019 Updates: How to apply PNP Examination Application Online.

Step by Step Guide on how to apply in PNP ONLINE EXAMINATION APPLICATION SCHEDULING SYSTEM.

At NAPOLCOM OLEASS Page you will notice Important Reminders in English and in Tagalog Version. In the middle part is guide on how to apply online and down there is the requirements. After reading, find SUBMIT button at the bottom *Use scroll bar. See image below. Just hit that button.

1. Accomplish the one-page application form by filling out all of the blank fields provided on the screen. Submission will not be successful until all the required fields are properly accomplished. Read Tips and see image sample below:
TIPS:

• Use the scrollbar to select the desired option for promotional examinations and city/municipality.
• When the search result is shown, click on the desired information to select the same. Use the exact keywords when searching.
• Use the navigation key to select the month, day and year for the date of birth.
• For applicants without a middle name, just key in a period (.)

2. When the encoding is completed, click the SUBMIT button. A notification message will appear on screen confirming that you have successfully submitted your application. You can immediately print the confirmation letter displayed on the screen and access your online appointment thru the email you provided on the given scheduled time frame. See images below:

3. Access the link displayed on the screen or check your e-mail wherein you are required to enter all the information in the application form. The filled-out application form shall be printed and presented to the Regional Office during your scheduled appointment date together with the confirmation schedule. (Note: Sample images of application form via email will soon be updated)

4. Proceed to the NAPOLCOM Regional Office or to the office indicated on the confirmation letter and present all the documentary requirements for assessment, payment of prescribed fees and issuance of Notice of Admission (NOA).

Online Application Filing and Scheduling Requirements

1. A computer with internet access.
2. A valid email address to receive system-generated messages with file attachments.
3. A PDF reader and printer to view and print the system-generated schedule confirmation letter and the filled-out examination application form in long-size(8.5"x13") bond paper.
