SYNOPSIS:  At 3:00 AM today, the eye of Typhoon "ROSITA" was located based on all available data at 75 km Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora (16.7 N, 122.7 E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 150 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 210 km/h. It is moving West at 20 km/h.

NCR Weather Situation: Stormy weather will be experienced over Central Luzon. Rains with Gusty Winds is expected over Metro Manila and CALABARZON.
