Guide and Steps for your Online Passport Schedule of Appointment.Go to this link:https://www.passport.gov.ph/ and read first some important reminders and warning for the online passport system.

Let Start! Click Schedule an Appointment. Read Important Reminders and Terms and conditions. Then Click I have read... then Click START INDIVIDUAL APPOINTMENT. (see image below)
Start giving the necessary information for your Site Location. (Region, Country, Site) Then Click the NEXT Button. Note: Field in asterisks (*) are required.
Set your appointment DATE AND TIME schedule. Click your preferred SITE then check your available schedule by clicking the date on the calendar and selecting time. Then Click NEXT. (see image below)
Input the needed personal information. Please make sure and double check it. Email address is required and must be an active account for the confirmation details and link will be sent to your email inbox. Then Click NEXT.
Provide the needed Family Information. Then just Click Next again.
Select your application type > NEW APPLICANT. Then the basis of PH Citizenship. And also your emergency contact person and number. Then Click NEXT.
Then complete your contact information details. Click NEXT.
Now that your information is ready, you may now review and check it again. If you need to edit just Click Edit button then Save button. Just scroll down it down.
Then CLICK I'm not a robot and the Consent Note. (see image below) Then Click CONFIRM Button.Now, a Confirmation Email is sent to your email address. Login your email account and look for the email sent by DFA. see next step image.
Click the appointment email link.
You will find the APPOINTMENT CODE, SITE NAME AND THE DATE OF YOUR APPOINTMENT and other related remimder. Now copy your appointment code (ctrl+c). Then Click the blue link here. see image below.
Then paste (Ctrl+v) in the appointment code box. Input your email address, click I'm not a robot then click VIEW Details.
Read the Important Reminders and Download your application form and print in A4 size paper. see image below.
Your done! Just bring the required documents and bills for the payment on your appointment date.
You may also cancel and reschedule your payment. see image above. While the payment option is still working on.
