PAG-ASA WEATHER FORECAST UPDATE: EASTERLIES & NORTHEAST MONSOON for 29 November 2017

SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country.

Easterlies will bring Cloudy skies with scattered 
rainshowers and thunderstorms at in places of Visayas and the regions of Bicol, Davao, Caraga, Northern Mindanao and Zamboanga Peninsula.

Northeast Monsoon will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies
with isolated light rains in Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers will be experienced at Metro Manila and the rest of the country due to Localized thunderstorms.
