Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon issued at:4:00 PM today, 10 February 2018

According to PAGASA, a new LPA was spotted and is outside PAR or Philippine Area of Responsibility. 

Weather forecast:

Cagayan Valley Region and Cordillera Administrative Region will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Northeast Monsoon will also bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains in Ilocos Region.

Localized thunderstorms will also bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with  isolated rainshowers in Metro Manila and the rest ofthe country.
