Special Weather Report for the new weather system
The new weather system located in the southeast part of Mindanao as shown in the image below is a new Low Pressure Area that will affect eastern Mindanao and CARAGA region. According to PAGASA's report on March 23 as of 2:00 PM, the LPA is still outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
Potential Scenario: The LPA is possible to become TD or Tropical Depression today (Saturday) or tomorrow (Sunday) as it approaches PAR. The good thing is it has a small possibility to fall on land but has the possibility to recurved. It is expected on Monday to enter in PAR but continue monitoring is made as this LPA may change it sustaining wind.
