PAGASA Weather Update for 13 July 2018.

SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting the country. 

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS: As of today, there is no Tropical Cyclone within Philippine Area of Responsibility.
Southwest Monsoon will caused "Monsoon Rains" to the areas of Western Visayas, Palawan, Mindoro, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite and Batangas. Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Metro Manila  and the rest of the country will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains. (Courtesy of PAGASA)
