SYNOPSIS:    Southwest Monsoon affecting western section of Luzon and Visayas.   TROPICAL CYCLONE ADVISORY TROPICAL STORM  "JONGDARI" LOCATION OF CENTER (3PM): 1,555 KM EAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (OUTSIDE PAR) (21.5 °N, 136.9 °E) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 70 KM/HR NEAR THE CENTER GUSTINESS: UP TO 90  KM/HR MOVEMENT: NORTH NORTHEAST AT 15 KM/HR

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Bataan, Zambales, Northern Palawan, Mindoro provinces, and Western Visayas will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and Visayas will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon/Trough of TS. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate rains.

Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate rains  to at times heavy rains.
