LOCATION (AS OF 3AM): 960 KM NORTH OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (29.0N, 120.6E) [OUTSIDE PAR]

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 75 KM/H

GUSTINESS: UP TO 120 KM/H

MOVEMENT: NORTHWEST AT 35 KM/H

TROPICAL  STORM LEEPI

LOCATION (AS OF 3AM): 1,965   KM EAST NORTHEAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (24.5N, 140.6E) [OUTSIDE PAR]

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 80 KM/H

GUSTINESS: UP TO 95 KM/H

MOVEMENT: NORTHWEST AT 20 KM/H

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, and  Mindoro province will experience Monsoon Rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to moderate to occasional heavy rains.

The rest of  Luzon will experience Occasional Rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to scattered rains and thunderstorms.

Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods and landslides due to moderate to occasionally heavy rains or thunderstorms.
