FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Visayas, Bicol Region and the provinces of Surigao Del Norte and Dinagat Island will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods and landslides due to severe thunderstorms.
