SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Weather Situation:Partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experience over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds blowing from southwest will prevail over these areas and the coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.
