PAGASA Public Weather Forecast for new "LPA" as of 4:00 AM 05 September 2018.

SYNOPSIS:   At 3:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,240 km East of Basco, Batanes (19.6 ºN, 133.8 ºE). Southwest Monsoon affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.

 

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS

Cavite, Batangas, MIMAROPA,  Bicol Region, and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon.  Possible floodings and landslides due to  scattered rains and thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms.  Possible flash floods and landslides due to  severe thunderstorms.
