TYPHOON JEBI @ 03:00 AM LOCATION: 1,945 km East of Aparri, Cagayan (19.2N, 140.1E) [OUTSIDE PAR] MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 205 KM/H GUSTINESS: UP TO 255 KM/H MOVEMENT: WEST NORTHWEST AT 25 KM/HFORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Trough of LPA. Possible flash floods and landslides due to severe thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods and landslides due to severe thunderstorms.
