NCR Weather Situation: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas. Light to moderate winds blowing from northeast to northwest will prevail and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
