Weather Condition in Northern Luzon: Bahagyang maulap hanggang sa maulap na kalangitan na may pulu-pulong mahinang mga pag-ulan dulot ng Hanging Amihan ang inaasahan sa mga lalawigan ng Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Aurora, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Apayao, Abra, Benguet, Mt. Province, Ifugao at Kalinga.
