PAGASA Weather Update for ITCZ and Northeast Monsoon as of 5:00 PM 2 November 2019.

Issued at 05:00 PM, November 02, 2019 Synposis  Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
Metro Manila, MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, and Zamboanga Peninsula will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ.  Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon. No significant impact.
Rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.  Possible isolated flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
