Vhong Navarro is Google PH's most-searched term in 2014

VHONG NAVARRO. The male actor's name is the top search term in Google Philippines in 2014. 

MANILA, Philippines (2nd UPDATE) – "Vhong Navarro" was the overall most-searched term in Google in the country in 2014, according to the "Year in Search 2014" report released by Google Philippines on Tuesday, December 16.

Navarro is a male celebrity who was involved in a beating incident at a posh condominium unit in Taguig City in January.

His legal battles with Deniece Cornejo, who accused Navarro of rape, and businessman Cedric Lee, whom Navarro sued for serious illegal detention, were so widely followed by Filipino netizens that even Lee's name made it in the overall top 10 search terms.
