“Aging but clean and well-kept... except for some important stuff....” The Manor is well located inside Camp John Hay, isolated from all the hustle and bustle of the city but near enough plenty of restaurants and activities. The hotel itself is very nice. The log cabin look is great, and although it's showing it's age, is clean and well maintained.... except maybe the water pipes.
“Big & Clean Rooms, Good Food, Great Location”. The Manor rooms are big and has a comfy bed. Their pillows don't stink unlike some hotels. They also serve good food. The breakfast and dinner buffet is good for the price. It has great location with activites, stores and establishments surrounding the area. ideal for family.
“From best to good to not good anymore”. Each time I go to Baguio City either for business or just R & R, my first choice is always The Manor. This hotel used to offer visitor friendly services; not so many restrictions. But it seems that there are so many changes now; starting with the slow check-in and the newly-introduced "strictly no smoking" policy inside the room.
“Quality Sleep in Forest View Rooms”. Often choose The CJH Manor for Baguio trips. I prefer forest view rooms instead of the garden view because of the following reasons: 1. Forest view rooms are much cheaper than garden view rooms 2. Love the smell of pine which you can breathe in from forest view rooms 3. I sleep more soundly in forest view rooms
