The 65th Miss Universe beauty pageant contest will be held at at the SM Mall of the Asia Arena in Pasay City, Philippines on January 30, 2017.

Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, the 64th Miss Universe and third woman from the Philippines to hold the title I now ready to pass her crown to a new title holder. 

The Philippine Miss Universe candidate is no other than the 26 yrs of age, Maxine Medina (5'8''), who originally came from Quezon City, Philippines, and is a sporty Runway, TVC and Print Model at the Professional Models Association of the Philippines.
