Senate passed the bill for Free Internet Access In Public Places Act.

Now, Filipinos' time for free internet access in public places is only a half-way through after passing it's 3rd and final reading in Senate. Our fellow Filipinos don't have time to wait for this passage. :)

Public transport terminals
