Simple steps to check your name if listed in the Registry Book of PRC.

Use the form below to search our records and confirm the identities of registered professionals. Search may be done on the name or the license number of the professional.

Here are the Steps:

1. Go to Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) website: http://www.prc.gov.ph/ or click Here.
2. Click "Verification of Licenses". Go to Services > Other Services > Other Services > Verification of Licenses.  See image below:

3. Provide the necessary information. In this example, I selected "Search by Name"  but you can also use "Search by License Number". Then Select Your Profession > Professional Teacher. Enter your First and Last Name then click Verify. See image below.
