How to save MDF/Form as PDF file in your smartphone or tablet?

Guide to save Member Data Form as PDF File.

If you are applying your  membership online, let say for example, PAG-IBIG Membership, at the end of the application, you need to print your MDF form. But sometimes they applied using smartphone or tablet and they cannot produce a print of it.

This post will be helpful  to save form/s that are needed to printed out.

I have the steps here with the images using Oppo NEO 5 saving NBI Application Form as PDF using Google Chrome App.


1. Let's get started by clicking the "PRINT APPLICATION FORM" as you can see on the red box in the image below.

 2. At the top right corner of browser click the "three (3) vertical dotted". See red box in the image below. Please be guided accordingly. 

3. From the Drop-down Menu, select "SHARE".

4. Then Select and Click PRINT from the choices. See red box in the image below. Please be guided accordingly.

 5. Then select "Save as PDF" from the drop-down then Save.

Now you can find the downloaded PDF file on your PHONE > DOWNLOADS. Thank you for reading this guide.
