"TINO" HAS INTESIFIED INTO TROPICAL STORM AND IS NOW OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (PAR).

NO TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING SIGNAL

At 9:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "TINO" with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph was estimated based on all available data at 70 km East Northeast of Pagasa Island, Palawan (OUTSIDE PAR) (11.2 °N, 114.7 °E)
Estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to heavy within the 300 km diameter of the Tropical Storm. Sources:
