SYNOPSIS: Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon. Northeast Monsoonaffecting the rest of Northern Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ)affecting Mindanao.
ITCZ will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in places of Mindanao and Eastern Visayas.CC

Tail-End of a Cold Front will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in places of Aurora, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino.

Northeast Monsoon "Amihan" will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies
with isolated light rains in places of Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms.
