SYNOPSIS: Northeast Monsoon affecting Extreme Northern Luzon. Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Northern and Central Luzon.
Tail-end of a Cold Front will bring Cloudy skies with scattered  rainshowers and thunderstorms in places of Metro Manila and the regions of Cordillera, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol and the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Viscaya and Quirino while Northeast Monsoon will gives a Cloudy skies with light rains  in places of Ilocos region, Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands.

Expect Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms in the rest of the country especially over the eastern secton due to localized thunderstorm.
