As per PAG-ASA weather forecast synopsis update - Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.

As of today, December 2017 -  there is no Tropical Cyclone within Philippine Area of Responsibility.
Tail-End of a Cold Front will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and isolated thunderstorms in places of Bicol Region, Quezon, Aurora, Marinduque, Romblon, and Mindoro Provinces.

Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region will experience Cloudy skies with light rains due to Northeast Monsoon.

Also due to the  Northeast Monsoon, Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, and the rest of Central Luzon will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

The rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorm.
