Tropical Depression: "URDUJA"

As of today 5:00 PM today, 12 December 2017 - THE LOW PRESSURE AREA (LPA) EAST OF HINATUAN, SURIGAO DEL SUR HAS DEVELOPED INTO A TROPICAL DEPRESSION AND WAS NAMED "URDUJA".
NO TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING SIGNAL!

The Location of Tropical Depression's eye/center as of  4:00 PM today, was estimated based on all available data at 480 km East Northeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (09.3 °N, 130.6 °E). Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 65 kph. Forecast Movement: Forecast to move North Northwest at 6kph. Forecast Positions: 24 Hour(Tomorrow afternoon): 495 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar(10.5°N, 130.2°E).

1. Estimated rainfall amount is from moderate to heavy within the 250 km diameter of the Tropical Depression.
2. Fisherfolks and those with small seacrafts are advised not to venture out over the eastern seaboard of Bicol region, of Eastern Visayas and of Caraga due to moderate to rough seas associated with the approaching Tropical Depression.
3. "URDUJA" may intensify into a Tropical Storm within 36 hours.

TD "URDUJA" / Tail-End of a Cold Front will bring Cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rainshowers and thunderstorms in places of Visayas, Bicol region, and Quezon Province and Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in places of Mindanao and MIMAROPA.

Tail-End of a Cold Front will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms in places of The provinces of Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Rizal.

Metro Manila, The regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and the rest of Central Luzon will have a Cloudy skies with scattered rains due to Northeast Monsoon and Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Ilocos region.
