Fishing boats and other small seacraft are advised not to venture out into the sea while larger sea vessels are alerted against big waves. 

Expect cloudy skies with scattered rains and a rough to very rough sea condition, wind force of 52-63 kph/28-34 knots and wave height of 2.8 to 4.5 meters in the SEABOARDS OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON ( (Batanes, Calayan, Babuyan, Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, Isabela, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Aurora, Zambales and Bataan.) )

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms with a rough to very rough sea condition, wind force of 52-63 kph/28-34 knots and wave height of 2.8 to 4.5 meters is expected in the (northern and eastern seaboard of Camarines Provinces, Catanduanes, Eastern coast of Quezon including Polilio Island)
