Expected to make landfall over Surigao del Sur this midnight and expected by this evening at 65 km West Northwest of Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte(8.7°N, 122.8°E)
TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING SIGNAL
#2 (61-120kph expected in 24 hrs) Wave Height: (Open Sea) 4.1-14.0 meters. Coastal flooding is possible.

- Mindanao: Surigao del Norte including Siargao Islands, Surigao del Sur, Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Northern Davao Oriental, Compostela Valley, Davao del Norte, Camiguin, Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Misamis Occidental, Eastern Zamboanga del Norte, and Eastern Zamboanga del Sur,
- Visayas: Southern Leyte, southern portion of Leyte, Bohol, Southern Cebu, rest of Negros Oriental, and southern Negros Occidental.
