PAGASA: Philippine Weather Forecast - issued at: 5:00 PM today, 29 December 2017.
SYNOPSIS: Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon and of Visayas. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
If it develops into a Tropical Depression it will be named "Wilma". However, if it enters on Jan. 1, it will be named "Agaton", as PAGASA will follow a new list of names for weather disturbances in the country in the new year.
Rojas noted that the level of uncertainty for this to happen is still high and a landfall is expected in the Surigao area.
"The general public is advised to be more careful, verify information and listen only to right authority so as not to cause panic," PAGASA said. (Source1)

Tail-End of a Cold Front will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Panay Island, Visayas and Bicol Region.
Northeast Monsoon will bring Cloudy skies withscattered rains in Cagayan Valley region, Aurora and Quezon and Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains in places of Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative region, the rest of Central Luzon and the rest of CALABARZON.
Rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms.
