PAGASA: Low Pressure Area (LPA) and Norteast Monsoon - issued 4:00 AM today, 25 January 2018.
The Low Pressure Areas spotted 3:00 AM today was already dissolved as of 4:00 PM issued by PAGASA but tail-end of Cold front will affect eastern section of Southern Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon and Central Luzon.
Low Pressure Area will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and the provinces of Quezon, Romblon, Northern Cebu, Dinagat Islands and Surigao del Norte including Siargao Islands. Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains
Northeast Monsoon will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rains in Cagayan Valley Region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora.
Northeast Monsoon wil also bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains in Ilocos Region and rest of Central Luzon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorm. Impacts: Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains.
