PAGASA Weather Update as of 4:00 AM today, 25 February 2018 

At 3:00 amtoday, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 205 km West Southwest of General Santos City, South Cotabato (5.4N, 123.5E).Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

LPA will bring Cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rainshowers and thunderstorms in Bicol Region,Eastern and Central Visayas and Caraga..


Trough of LPA will bring Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula and the province of Quezon.

Northeast Monsoon will bring Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in places of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Ilocos Region.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms.
