At 3:00 PMtoday, the Low Pressure Area(LPA) was estimated based fom all available data at 140km South Southeast of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan(8.6N,119.2E).

LPA will still bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in PALAWAN with possible impacts of flooding or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.

Possible flooding or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in places of Bicol Region, Easten Visayas and Quezon.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms.
