SYNOPSIS:   Inter-tropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ)  affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS

Metro Manila, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thundertorms due to ITCZ. Possible flooding in low lying areas

The rest of  the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods  or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
