Impact: FLOODING in low lying areas.
Orange Level Alert in Areas of : Metro Manila, Zambales and Laguna
Impact: FLOODING is THREATENING.
Red Level Emergency in Areas of: Cavite, Batangas and Bataan
Impact: Serious FLOODING in flood prone areas.
Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains affecting Quezon, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija may persist within 3 hours.
