SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting the country.
FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Southwest Monsoon or Hanging Habagat will caused Monsoon rains in areas of Western Visayas, Palawan, Mindoro, Zambales, Bataan, Cavite and Batangas. Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
While Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains
