TROPICAL CYCLONE INFORMATION TROPICAL STORM "SON-TINH" (FORMERLY "HENRY") LOCATION OF THE CENTER (AS OF 3AM): 1,115 km West of Extreme Northern Luzon (18.9 N, 110.9 E) (OUTSIDE PAR) MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 80 km/h GUSTINESS: 95 km/h MOVEMENT: West at 40 km/h.FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, and MIMAROPA will experience Monsoon rains due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate with occasional heavy rains
Bicol Region and Visayas will experience Cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to Southwest Monsoon. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains
Mindanao will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized thunderstorms. Possible flooding and landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
