SYNOPSIS: Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon.

FORECAST WEATHER CONDITIONS:
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flooding and landslides due to  scattered rains or thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of NCR-PRSD forecast areas will experience partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from southwest to west will prevail and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
